Following list was plagiarized from Whirlpool contributor 'Veteran'

Telstra, Optus, 3 and Exetel have $5 per month pay-for-what-you-use offerings. The rates are:
Telstra – $1,000 /GB
Optus ---- $350 /GB
3 --------- $100 /GB
Exetel ----- $15 /GB
